Norbert says:
From 1971 to 1997 this small estate belonged to Jean-Paul Valette, owner of the Premier Grand Cru Classé Pavie, located on the hillside a few meters below Pavie Decesse. In 1997 Valette sold the estate to Gerard Perse, the ambitious young owner of Monbousquet. This multi-layered, rich, intense 2003, a stunningly defined St. Emilion of impenetrable ruby to crimson color with aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, wet steel and liquid minerals, has great fruit purity.
The little brother of Château Pavie.
