2015 La Larme de l'ame
2015 La Larme de l'ame
Norbert says:
Eleven years ago Marcel Bühler was still a banker in Switzerland, today he plows the old plots of vines in Roussillon with his horse Nina. While his first wines tend towards southern fullness, today's crus show finesse and grip. A prime example of this development is this Cuvée La Larme de l'arme made from 50% Syrah, 50% Carignan and Grenache. Deep dark ruby garnet, black color core, violet reflections. Fine precious wood spice, inviting black berry confit. Mineral in the finish. Expected maturity now until 2023.
