2018 Le Jouet

The wines of the domaine are first and foremost authentic and full of character. Its density and texture are the result of old vines with small yields and not excessive extraction and residual sugar. They therefore do not appear opulent and wide, but are compact and long. The Domaine's "Le Jouet" cuvée was made from Grenache, Carignan and Syrah. The wine has a very beautiful, elegant nose of raspberries, blackberries, plums, flint and rosemary. Expected maturity now until 2025.
